Transit
Our normal production processing turn-around time for custom embroidered or printed items is 2-weeks after logo approval. We ship from Cheshire, CT, 06410. Ground shipment depends on your destination and is mostly done through UPS. If you are in New England or the Mid-Atlantic states, the on-the-way transit time is 1-2 days. If you are on the West Coast, the on-the-way transit time is about 5-days. We are not responsible for delays caused by our shipping carriers.
Super RushProcess!
Turnaround within 4 to 6 business days from receipt of logo approval, qualifies for in-stock orders only. Super RushProcess! charge adds 25% premium to order total before shipping cost.
RushProcess!
Turnaround within 7 to 10 business days from receipt of logo approval, qualifies for in-stock orders only. RushProcess! charge adds 15% premium to order total before shipping cost.
